Absolutely fabulous 1940s American coat dating from the early 1940s.
Labels - Max Jackson - Forstmann
Made from a heavy weight bright true red wool fabric which has a huge grey wool fur collar attached.
Features strong padded shoulders and a lovely neck tie.
Fastens edge to edge with fur hooks.
Long sleeves with turned back cuffs. There is an inner cuff with press stud fastener.
Two pockets.
Fully lined in black satin crepe and has an additional thick wool inner liner.
In excellent condition throughout.
